Just get on with life and do the best you can

Imagine that I put a really big blackboard in front of you, drew a white dot in the centre of it, and then ask you, "What do you see?"and What would you reply?

Probably ninety-five percent of us will say, "I see a white dot".

But what about the blackboard? Such a big blackboard and yet we focus on a white dot.

Because this is the pattern of the mind and we are accustomed to looking at the figure and not the background.

It is thinking that gets us so fixated that we mistake it for reality . We see effects and become blind to causes. Not knowing any better we try to fix what we see, but we keep failing because what we see is merely the effect of a process that starts with us. Our frustration at our inability to fix our world just drives up the anxiety and fear as we feel more and more depressed and fearful thoughts which then just add to the chaos and confusion we seem to see 'out there'.

No matter how far we sink into our own mire, this little willingness to see 'what's here' transforms anything and everything.

So for me at least, I need to finally let go of trying to live it, of trying to serve it, and simply allow it to live and serve through me.

There's a huge freedom in this tiny change of intent because now there is no cause for stress or concern. When we replace all the reasons of 'why' we do things , and just allowing them through us , will result in no worries any more.Remember there are no mistakes in life only lessons.

How about just doing whatever that makes us happy and trust life to take care of all the rest?
It's only in the path of our happiness that we find what we have come here to learn.

Life has only one agenda: - that " be happy", now.

Do what makes you happy right now and see where that takes you. There are many things in life that will catch your eye but only a few that will catch your heart.'Just get on with life and do the best you can'.
